Frequently Asked Questions
How soon after our wedding will we receive our finished video?
We take a lot of time and care in the editing process of our videos. The first draft of your wedding video can take up to 18 weeks after your wedding day, especially if it is during peak times, over bank holidays or Christmas. However we try to get it back much sooner than that, and will always try and keep you in the loop.
Will we be able to view the edited video and make changes before it is finalised?
Yes, when we send your video over you have a couple of weeks to watch this through, from here you can let us know any changes that are required, we then amend and finalise the video and then the final version is sent to you.
Will we have a choice of music to accompany the video?
Yes, you can either chose the music yourselves or ask us to do it for you. Unfortunately due to copyright licensing you cannot use a commercial track for your highlights, however we always give you the chance to approve the licenced track we use before it is finalised, and will change it if you’re not happy.
Do you also organise stills photography?
We have a few select photographers that we work closely and well with, and we can happily come up with a joint package for you.
Just send us a message and we will do the rest.
When do we pay for the video?
When you first book with me a non-refundable deposit is taken which is £250. The rest is paid 5 weeks before your wedding. We understand that weddings can be expensive and there will be a lot of outgoings in that final month, so if you'd prefer a payment plan then please enquire, we would be more than happy to set this up for you.
How do we get the final video?
If you have selected the USB add-on then you'll get the video sent to you on a USB in a personalised box. If you haven't, you'll get the video sent as a digital download. This means you'll be sent a link where you can view and download the video at home, you can also send this link to friends and family, please make sure you download a copy and make a back up for your own safe keeping.
